Our Policy
Wholesale Ordering or Custom Orders:
Our minimum opening order is $150.00 CAD and re-order amount is $75.00 CAD.
For Stores located in Toronto, please feel free to give us a call to schedule an appt. at your location to show you our entire collection.
Payment:
We accept the following credit cards for payment: Visa, MasterCard. Credit card information must be supplied at the time of order. Credit card will not be charged until the order is ready to be made and shipped. Orders will not be processed until we receive this information.
Shipping & Handling:
All orders are shipped UPS ground unless otherwise indicated. Estimated delivery time is 5-7 working days for items in stock.
International orders:
We welcome and accept international orders so long as you have a valid credit card in the name of the buyer. Shipping charges are dependent on the shipping location and you will be notified of these charges prior to shipment of your order.
Return Policy:
All damages and shortages must be reported within 7 days of receipt of order. All returns must have an RA (return authorization) number which we will assign when you notify us of your impending return. We reserve the right to charge a 25% restocking fee on all items returned with or without a valid RA number. Damages reported after 7 days of receipt of package may also include a 25% restocking fee. We are not obligated to accept damages reported after 7 days of receipt of package. Return items must be sent prepaid. C.O.D. returns will not be accepted. Return merchandise must be unused and in the condition it was received.
